Our Guarantee

We want you to love Grompy. If it doesn't work for you, we'll give you a full refund within 14 days of purchase — no questions asked, no hoops to jump through.

Eligibility

You're eligible for a refund if:

  • Your purchase was made within the last 14 days
  • You submit your refund request via email

That's it. We don't require you to explain why or prove that something is broken. If Grompy isn't right for you, that's okay.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Email us at support@grompy.com with the subject line "Refund Request"
  2. Include your order details: the email address you used to purchase and/or your license key
  3. We'll process your refund within 3-5 business days

What Happens After?

  • Your refund will be credited to your original payment method
  • Your license key will be deactivated
  • Grompy will revert to an unlicensed state on your device(s)

Refunds typically appear on your statement within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.
